    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 30-Day Free Trial (“Free Trial”) offered by
    Web Envy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to prospective
    customers. By participating in the Free Trial, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these
    Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up for the Free Trial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Eligibility
    The Free Trial is available to new customers only and is limited to one trial per business entity.
    Customers who have previously used our services are not eligible for the Free Trial. The Free
    Trial is available only to legal entities and individuals who are 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Free Trial Period
    The Free Trial period begins on the date you sign up for the Free Trial and will continue for a
    duration of 30 consecutive days (“Trial Period”). During this period, you will have access to our
    full range of online marketing services without charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Billing and Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • No Charges During Free Trial: You will not be billed for any services during the 30-
      Day Free Trial period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payment Method: A valid payment method is not required to start the Free Trial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. Cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • How to Cancel: You may cancel your Free Trial at any time during the 30-day period by
          contacting our customer support team at webenvyco@gmail.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel during the Free Trial period, your access to the
          services will continue until the end of the 30 days. After the Free Trial ends, your account
          will be deactivated, and you will not incur any charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          1. No Obligation
            You are under no obligation to continue using our services after the Free Trial ends. Cancelling
            the Free Trial will prevent any future charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Modifications and Termination<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make
              changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Termination of Free Trial: We reserve the right to terminate or restrict the Free Trial at
              any time without notice for any reason, including if we suspect that you are violating

              To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Web Envy
              or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
              consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Free Trial or these
              Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Governing Law and Jurisdiction
              These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas,
              without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under
              these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Entire Agreement
              These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Web
              Envy regarding the Free Trial and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
